Incumbent Libertarian Indianapolis City-County Councilor Ed Coleman participated in the Indy Pride Parade yesterday in Indianapolis. Riding with him in the same convertible car was popular Survivor: Pearl Island contestant Rupert Boneham. Libertarian Indianapolis mayoral candidate Chris Bowen also was in the parade as well.

Congratulations to former Congressman Bob Barr and his nomination as the Libertarian candidate for United States President. Atlas Liberty looks forward to the vibrant Libertarian campaign that already has begun and to the Libertarian candidates all over the country that should benefit greatly from this campaign.

Atlas Liberty is looking for 10 libertarians from across the nation to send to the annual Campaign & Elections seminar The Art of Political Campaigning, June 12 - 14, 2008 at the Washington Marriott in Washington, D.C. Libertarians selected to attend will be those with good qualifications and a proven desire to work to get libertarians elected to political office. Registration and hotel will be paid by Atlas Liberty. There may be available a stipend to cover some or all of transportation costs to Washington, D.C. Already, the work of Atlas Liberty to train libertarians to run and help win elections is paying off.

Andy Wolf, LaPorte County Libertarian Party Chairman, went with the Atlas Liberty contingent to the annual Campaign & Elections seminar The Art of Political Campaigning. Atlas Liberty paid for the seminar registration of almost $500.

Now he is using what he learned to help elect Libertarian Michael Lisak to the LaPorte City Council.

July 23rd I'll be flying to Atlanta and having dinner with current Libertarian Party of Alabama Chairman Stephen Gordon, Deborah Gordon and a very influential national political figure. Stephen and I will be introducing Atlas Liberty to this influential person.
